Here’s the opportunity for you:

• Monitor all project developments from inception, planning and design, tendering and construction, to completion
• Provide consultation and superior project management services for exhibition/event
• To be a story teller to pitch and present creative proposals, and to achieve the financial target set by the business unit
• To brief production, liaise with stakeholders and interoffice departments to ensure smooth operation & high standard in order to meet the group's target & expectation
• Handle clients and project management, inclusive of obtaining client's project requirements, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• Degree holder or above, preferable in event management or creative discipline
• Min. 1 year's relevant project experience in exhibition/event or with relevant work experience in agency, exhibition or event company
• Previous experience in navigating complex large enterprise and global organizations will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Highly organized–ability to time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities
• Good team player with resourceful mind
