Salary & Benefits:

• 5-day work week (including weekends if required)
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage interactive entertainment setups for events, including photo booths, glambots, and other event technologies.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot event equipment such as cameras, printers, lighting, and interactive displays.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution, engaging with clients and guests to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Plan and manage logistics for props, branding materials, and equipment placement.
• Perform administrative duties such as event preparation, scheduling, and post-event tasks (e.g., uploading digital files, preparing reports).
• Work closely with the creative team to implement customized event solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interactive entertainment and suggest innovative ideas for events.
Job Requirements:
• Form 5 graduate or above with at least 1 year of work experience in event coordination or related fields
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
• Comfortable handling and troubleshooting technical equipment (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-service focused
• Flexible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
