職位描述

Job Description:

  • Daily property management and tenancy management of Public Housing Estate.
  • Complaints handling.
  • Monitoring the Estate condition and take appropriate action for sound maintenance.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the subordinates and contractors for outsourced services.
  • Liaison with stakeholders.
  • Any other tasks which may be assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Facility and Property Management or related disciplines
  • Member of MHKIH/CIH/Registered Professional Housing Manager preferred
  • Well-versed Building Management Ordinance and Deed of Mutual Covenant, experience in large scale residential estate would be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge in financial budget preparation and control
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, at least 5 years of which in managerial grade
  • Mature, confident and presentable, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently
  • Strong in leadership/presentation/communication/interpersonal skills and maintain good rapport with residents
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Manager
