We’re Chateaubriand Limited, a fast-growing brand in the world of cameras and photography gear. Our young and energetic team is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences. We’re looking for an eCommerce Officer who will play a dual role — managing customer support operations and leading pricing & market analysis to keep us competitive.

Location & Working Hours

• Based in our Hong Kong office.
• Normal working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Occasionally, you may need to work night shifts to support our UK CS team (shift times: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM). These shifts can be done from home.
• At times, extra hours may be required to coordinate with our UK CS team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service (CS) Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email with friendly, accurate, and timely information.
• Provide product details, order updates, and answer general questions.
• Handle payment gateway dispute cases.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds with care and professionalism.
• Follow up with the logistics team for order tracking updates and keep customers informed.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and satisfaction.

Pricing & Market Analysis Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities.
• Review market prices and identify opportunities for adjustments.
• Regularly update product pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English skills (both written and comprehension — must-have).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for pricing decisions.
• Previous experience in eCommerce, pricing analysis, or customer service is an advantage.
• Interest in photography is a plus, but not required.
• Calm and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks and special projects.
