Job Description:
- Developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Managing the online product catalog, ensuring all listings are up-to-date with accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Coordinating with the service team to ensure service descriptions align with customer expectations and industry standards.
- Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize online presence.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotions, and advertisements that drive traffic and conversions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to maintain and grow our competitive edge in the digital marketplace.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience with customer service and ability to resolve issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
