E-commerce Assistant

Job Descriptions:

•  Assist in daily online store order arrangements and store interface

• Responsible for uploading products to the store platform on a regular basis

• Work closely with internal teams for stock level, graphics and logistics management to provide updated content across store platforms

• Operate in back-end system for promotion rules set up and digital feeds creation

• Execute e-commerce strategies and promotion campaigns to drive the sales and revenue

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through coordination with internal teams

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of solid experiences with proven record in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing

• Prior experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce platform /portals is preferred (Especially Shopline)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SNS, SEO, SEM and EDM

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Strong sales sense, self-motivated and eager to achieve sales target

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills of using formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools for reporting and inventory management

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
