Job Description:

• Empower our clients to use our products with ease and confidence
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to keep clients updated on progress/feedback
• Handle and follow up customer requests and enquiries in a professional manner
• Provide initial support and guidance to clients
• Participate in new product initiatives
• New hires will receive extensive on-the-job training and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their careers

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above, with a certificate in communication, business administration, hospitality, or a related field
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to service environment, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Eager to learn with a positive attitude and detail-oriented
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
