職位描述

Responsibilities

  • To handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in case of dispute
  • To reply and follow up on hotline and email enquiries and complaints on time
  • To summarize and report customers’ enquiries / complaints to management on a regular basis. To make suggestions to management to improve company’s service standard if necessary
  • To collect feedback and suggestion from customers and escalate to next level for continual improvement
  • To provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required


Requirements:

  • DSE or above with 1 year experience in customer services
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Pleasant and good service attitude
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) & Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
