To support our business growth, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated candidate to join our Hong Kong team.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming enquiries and complaints from customers
- Perform order processing and other administrative support
- Coordinate with different internal parties for smooth delivery operation arrangement
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:
- Diploma or above
- 1+ year customer service experience,
- Proficient at using MS Office (Excel and Word) and experience in ERP is preferably
- Positive Attitude, well organized and independent to work
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferrable
