We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for KMB app, focused on facilitating bookings for airport shuttle services. This role involves assisting customers with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to arrival.

Responsibilities:

1)Booking Management:

  • Process customer orders through the app.
  • Confirm bookings and communicate details to clients.

2)Customer Support:

  • Provide 24/7 customer service for inquiries, rearrangements, and support.
  • Assist customers via phone and chat, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Payment Processing:
  • Collect payments and provide receipts to clients.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the shuttle bus team to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor and manage the dashboard for order status and customer feedback.

Shift Details:

  • Time Slots:
  • 00:00 - 06:00
  • 06:00 - 12:00
  • 12:00 - 18:00
  • 18:00 - 00:00
  • Remote Shifts Available: Flexibility to work from home during specific shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using technology and mobile applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
