職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal & external support via email or phone
  • Job arrangement, working with related departments and customers, to ensure the delivery and installation is on schedule
  • Providing prompt & accurate responses to customers' inquiries.
  • Call / Email existing customers for contract renewal and join the maintenance plan
  • Spare part inventory control, communicate with suppliers and create quotations for customers
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required


Requirements

  • Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales in advance
  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail
