Responsibilities:
- Provide internal & external support via email or phone
- Job arrangement, working with related departments and customers, to ensure the delivery and installation is on schedule
- Providing prompt & accurate responses to customers' inquiries.
- Call / Email existing customers for contract renewal and join the maintenance plan
- Spare part inventory control, communicate with suppliers and create quotations for customers
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements
- Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales in advance
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- Immediate available is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner
- Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail
