Customer Service Assistant (5-day work week)

• 5-day work week
• Convenient work location near to MTR station (Lai Chi Kok)
• Good exposure to Education related industry

Job Duties

• Responsible for routine membership administrative duties.
• Provide on spot assistance in club activities and service.
• Handle independently front desk replacement service, enquiries & customer service in a helpful manner.
• Ad hoc projects assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma Holder with at least 1 year experience in customer service industry (preferably with experience dealing with parents / children).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is advantageous.
• Responsible, honest, proactive team player with strong customer service mindset.
• Good PC skill is an advantage.

Working location

• D2 Place, Lai Chi Kok

Working schedule

• 5 days per week (Tue to Sat)
• Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat: 9am to 6pm
• Fri: 11am to 8pm
