Good communication and customer service skills

Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal compliance teams and other relevant departments to resolve issues during the document review and approval process.

Perform general clerical and office administrative duties

Coordinate with external parties to ensure smooth operation

Handle ad-hoc assignments
