Job Summary
- Provide support to Customer Development Team, in establishing positive relationships with customers to support our strategic goals and enhance pet parent experience
- Enhance effective promotion execution
- Manage the relationship with customers and improve 6P KPIs across retail channels
- Execute and implement customer specific plans, JBP and promotional campaigns to drive demand and achieve commercial goals of sales, market share, margin, within budget spend
- Provide regular reports generation; Commercial 6P, data tracking and market intelligence
- Any other Ad Hoc commercial activities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Support in Customer Management and Coordination
- Maintain and manage proactive communication with customers on general enquiries
- Customer claims management including Credit notes and rebates handling
- Communicate Daily Stock status to customer
- Product Quality case communication and coordination
- Return Handling coordination
- Manage and coordinate Trade Announcements

Support in Hill’s 6P Execution and Demand Generation Programs:
- POSM Support, handling and coordination
- Procurement of commercial promotion needs
- Vendor creation for promotional events
- Assist to implement and enhance execution of 6P excellence
- Support Demand Generation Manager to leverage customer’s databases to implement shopper programs and events

Reporting, Data Analytics to identify team opportunities:
- 6Ps Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking
- Promotion execution tracking, monitoring, maintenance
- Update and help maintain customer sales reports and inventory management reports
- Provide topline highlights to sales reports (internal and external reports); coordinate with Customer Development Team on key corrective areas needs on weekly basis e.g. Distribution

Market Intelligence Tracking
- Competitors online and instore activities monitoring

Education/ Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate holder in business administration or related field
- Professional experience in the similar area preferable experience in FMCG, retail (FMCG), nutrition, pet food business is a plus

- Strong computer skills in Google suites and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels)
- Strong customer service skills.
- Data entry experience
- Proven experience to quickly analyze and interpret data thoroughly in complex and changing systems

In this role, you will support our Customer Development Team by building strong customer relationships, executing promotional programs, and tracking key 6P performance metrics across retail channels. You'll also play a vital role in managing customer communications, handling claims, generating detailed reports, and providing market intelligence. We seek candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suites and Excel.
Although this is currently a one-year contract, if you perform exceptionally well and our business needs evolve, there is a strong opportunity for contract renewal; we view this role as a talent reserve for our Customer Development team.
