Key Responsibilities:
- Support insurance policy administration for new and renewal business, ensuring accurate data input and effective communication with insurance partners.
- Manage group census, update member movements, and generate reports for clients and insurers.
- Process insurance applications, assist clients, and address inquiries about plan administration, billing, and medical underwriting.
- Efficiently organize and submit renewal data to insurers and clients.
- Proactively resolve exceptions or discrepancies in data uploads.
- Coordinate with underwriters for accurate and timely decisions.
- Collaborate with the Contact Center to streamline policy administration.
- Handle appeals and escalations from clients (HR/employees) regarding medical underwriting.
- Manage day-to-day billing tasks, promptly process adjustments, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Adhere to PDPA and compliance rules to protect client information.
- Fulfil other assigned duties related to census management.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with insurance industry experience
- Customer focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 0-3 years of experience.
