Computer Technician

Salary: HK$27,465 - HK$32,882

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end-user on the IT related facilities and services

• Perform routine IT operations, including computer setup, hardware & software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Responsible for working according to the shift duty assigned and/or pager support roster for 24/7 technical support to hospital users

• Handle user requests according to the IT standards/procedures/guidelines

• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Information Technology or related discipline is required. Candidates without a degree qualification but with relevant work experience will also be considered

• Certification holder of CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL will be an added advantage

• Hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk and End-User support

• Hands-on experience in IT equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Flexible and able to work both in a team and independently

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken in both Cantonese and English
