職位描述

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage facility oversight, ensuring high engagement and a positive workplace experience.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the premises and collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Improve client satisfaction with the workplace environment and cafeteria services.
  • Foster strong rlationships within the community by actively engaging and collaborating with clients.
  • Plan, organize, and promote community events to enhance community involvement.
  • Communicate and monitor the performance of vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate internal events, including coordinating catering orders, setting up venues, and managing logistics arrangements etc.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder with 1-2 relevant working experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior Front Desk, COncierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
  • Able to work independently and proactive.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
