About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinic Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operations of our clinics and ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Organize and process necessary documents for clinic operations.
- Support administrative functions, including preparation and submission of application forms to relevant authorities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and communicate with satellite clinics.
- Maintain records of project progress and follow up on pending issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic management team as needed.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
What we're looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or clerical support; experience in healthcare or clinical settings is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, PPT and Word processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Immediate available is preferred.
