About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join People Technology Holdings Limited. Based in Tsim Sha Tsui , you will be responsible for providing hands-on support and implementation services to our clients in the Information & Communication Technology sector. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth roll-out of our cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Arrange data from various source documents into the system
• Verify data and correct data when necessary
• Data transfer and data checking with high level of accuracy
• Handling client’s system enquiries
• Communicate with different parties for incomplete documents/ data
• System Testing when necessary

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or implementation role, ideally within the IT industry
• Experience of MS Office especially Excel (Marco is preferable)
• Detailed minded, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Immediate available is preferred
