Major job responsibilities:
-
Coordinate between customers and contractors, including the arrangement of the water tank cleaning schedules, liaison with clients and contractors to confirm work details

Handle customer enquiries and follow up on complaints
-
Manage work orders, certificates, reports, inspection records and related documents (approximately 70 buildings to be handled per month)
-
Use Excel to consolidate monthly water tank cleaning billing data and process contractor payments
-
Follow up on customers’ outstanding balances
-
Handle water tank washing quotation and tender matters
-
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirement:
-
Form 5 or above, with 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be preferred
-
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese input
-
Be responsible, stable and organized, pay attention to details, can work independently
-
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks flexibly
-
Good command of spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
-
Fair in spoken and written English
-
Immediate available to report duty will be a bonus is most preferred
