Job Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties, data entry and co-ordination work

Handle filings and correspondences
-
Responsible for daily order placement, quotation, invoicing and order processing

Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, and product specifications and delivery requirements;

Liaise with suppliers, vendors and factories to ensure the production schedule and product quality
-
Provide general support to internal departments
-
Assist in various ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or above
-
Experience in Merchandising or Shipping is an advantage
-
Clerical working experience in retail industry is a plus
-
Self-motivated, energetic and responsible
-
Organized and attention to details
-
Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good command of written and spoken Putonghua (including simplified Chinese) and English
-
Immediate availability is preferred
