Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Expansion: Identify and tap into HNW channels such as Family Offices, finance, immigration, overseas study, and luxury travel. Build and expand resource networks through industry events.
2. Cross-Industry Collaboration: Formulate cooperation strategies and plan joint promotions and themed events (e.g., investment seminars, tasting events) to increase project exposure and client engagement.
3. Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to partners to resolve issues and optimize cooperation plans; strengthen partnership stickiness through deep engagement during activities.
4. Project Promotion: Customize promotion schemes for different channels and conduct roadshows; adjust strategies based on activity feedback to drive client conversion.
5. Data Analysis: Monitor collaboration effectiveness, analyze market trends and activity impact, and optimize strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum of 3 years of experience in market channel expansion or cross-industry collaboration. Experience in real estate or luxury industries is preferred.
2. Professional Skills: Excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills; familiar with the overseas real estate market. Ability to independently plan promotional and channel activities; proficient in office software for data analysis.
3. General Competencies: Keen market insights, strong communication and coordination skills, and team management capabilities. Candidates with an extensive network of HNW client resources are preferred.

職位要求:
1. 學歷與經驗:本科或以上學歷,具 3 年或以上市場渠道拓展/異業合作相關經驗;具房地產或高端消費品行業背景者優先考慮。
2. 專業能力:具備出色的商務洽談及資源整合能力,熟悉海外房地產市場;能獨立策劃及執行推廣及渠道活動,並熟練運用辦公軟件作數據分析。
3. 綜合素質:具敏銳市場觸覺、良好溝通協調及團隊管理能力;擁有穩定且優質的高端客戶渠道資源者優先。
