Cash Processing Centre Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operational Efficiency

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at the Cash Processing Center (CPC)

• Be familiar with all operational procedures and ensure strict compliance

• Brief staff daily on work schedules and assign tasks appropriately

Team Management and Performance Oversight

• Ensure staff adhere to company procedures during work execution

• Administer disciplinary actions, provide guidance, care for employee welfare, and conduct performance evaluations according to company policy

• Schedule duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing and supplies

Report and Documentation Accuracy

• Verify the accuracy of all operational report contents

• Ensure all shipments are completed on schedule

• Promptly fill out and complete all incident reports

Incident Handling and Investigation

• Investigate abnormal situations and immediately report to the CPC Manager

• Follow up on irregular cases and maintain proper records

Equipment Maintenance and Monitoring

• Report any malfunctioning operational or security equipment immediately and arrange for repairs

• Ensure all equipment remains in good working condition

Security and Cash Management

• Ensure all consolidated deposit boxes and inventory items are properly recorded and stored before transportation to the vault

• Confirm no cash is missing after each shift handover

• Supervise handover procedures to ensure documentation and sign-off are complete

Other Duties

• Carry out additional tasks or instructions assigned by the CPC Manager from time to time
