Case Processing Consultant

Job Description:

• Process, submission and monitor visa applications
• Collate documents and evidences for visa application
• Handle high volume of enquiries from customers daily via telephone, emails and/or messages on social media
• Provide professional advises/assessments to customers by face to face interview in office
• Maintain and develop a professional and trusty relationship with new and existing clients
• Carry out ad-hoc program updates with clients
• Follow up the enquiries and progress
• Complete visa forms and documentation for visa applications and track progress till visa grant.

Requirements:

• Degree holder (Prefer in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines)
• Good command in both written and spoken English/Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good communication skills with mature, self-motivated, outgoing, service-oriented attitude
• Hands on experience with MS Word and Excel
• Willing to work under pressure, attentive to details and multi-task to meet project deadline. Overtime work may be required
• Ability and willing to learn about different migration policies including Australia, Canada, UK etc
• Experience in Hong Kong visa application (in-bound) would be an advantage
• Living and working experience in overseas would be preferred but not essential
• Immediately available
• Less experience may be considered as other supporting staff
