Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and tenders
- Follow up with clients on pre-sale enquiries, requests, and materials before deal closure
- Maintain and organize sales documents, tender submissions.
- Join client or partner meetings for note-taking and follow-up
- Support marketing coordination & material preparation
- Help track and follow up on internal project items as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- 1 year or above experience in proposal preparation, sales support, tender handling, or business coordination
- Familiar with business documentation and professional writing (e.g., proposals, tender submissions)
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Proactive, a good communicator, and willing to learn about digital and interactive solutions
- Able to work under deadline pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese & English typing
