Business Director - Bacha Coffee

Blue Chip Group is the world leading distributor in Luxury Retail industry.

We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the F&B industry for our brand, BACHA Coffee, for Macau market as a sole Franchisee and distributor.

*Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing and supervising all aspects for the brand in terms of the business and outlet management.
2. To drive the business growth by leading a team of functional heads to create a structured growth plan
3. Responsible for budget management and financial structure governing
4. Apply strong cost control skills to meet P & L
5. Manage outlets and maximize their profitability through revenue generation and cost control
6. Ensure the standards of all retail outlet are achieved
7. Great skills in team management is a must

*Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Business Development / Sales Industry.
3. Great knowledges in luxury commercial trends
4. Knows the competition and is aware of how to set the strategies
5. Time management and continuously build strong relationship with various partners
6. Good communication both verbal and written in both Chinese and English
