Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and manage new strategic partnerships in the insurance sector and other business and project partners to facilitate business growth
• Work as a medical concierge to arrange bookings, provide on-site escort service, settle claims, and case follow-up
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, marketing materials and responses for insurance agency partners;
• Assist in the elaboration of business development plans, design and implementation processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition;
• Closely communicate with customers for payment arrangement
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 2 years' working experience preferable in healthcare or insurance industry
• Knowledge in insurance claims and healthcare industry;
• Demonstrate good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
