Business Development Manager (Stationed in Dongguan, China)

AQUAmate group is a leading shower product manufacturer, specializing in innovative bathroom solutions for global markets. To support our international expansion, we seek an experienced Sales & Marketing professional in our Dongguan office to drive overseas business growth.

Business Development Manager (Stationed in Dongguan, China)

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 member sales team based in our Nancheng Dongguan office, including setting KPIs, coaching staff, and conducting performance reviews, to systematically prospect for clients
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to acquire international clients
• Lead market research and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with production/R&D teams to ensure alignment between customer requirement and operational capabilities
• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular market trend reports
• Represent the company at international exhibitions
• Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines
• Over 5 years of experience in international B2B sales (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Proven track record in developing oversea markets
• Expertise using supply chain databases and sales analytics tools
• Strong leadership with experience managing sales team
• Highly proficient in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (both written & verbal).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to generate actionable strategies and database
• Strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills
