To achieve the business growth at APAC, we are looking for a
Business Development Manager
What is your tasks:
· Be responsible for the expansion, promotion, development and introduction of new customers and new businesses of HPC and data center-related products in APAC.
· Build and maintain the relations with key accounts towards revenue and market expansion targets
· Daily management of business, including exploring opportunities, Respond to RFPs, business negotiations and account management
· Be responsible for aligning business goals within the organization, improving the quality of overall deliverables, and enhancing customer satisfaction
· Actively follow up with potential customers and sales leads, demonstrate product advantages, and drive sales closure
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, collect and provide feedback on market information and customer opinions to contribute to product improvements and business expansion
· Attend various industry related events, exhibitions, trade shows to present ARCTIC server cooling components in addition to visiting partners to maintain relationships.
· Conducting regular product training for product managers and industry partners

What we expect from you:
· Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
· Experience in Server Business, Data & AI solutions in the past with the demonstrated cases of size up deals
· Contacts and inroads into the Server and Data Center Integration community
· Capable of independently developing customers and expanding business
· Possessing a spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate with other team members to jointly expand and maintain customers
· Having a positive attitude and growth mindset set, always wanting to learn new things and stay in sync with the latest in the industry, keeping abreast of the most cutting-edge industry trends, and capable of independently conducting market research and other tasks
· Initiative and the ability to work independently
· Strengths in curiosity and determination
· Business-oriented thinking and motivation driven by shared success.
· Proficiency in MS Office software · Strong command of both German and English, written and spoken
