Business Development Manager

Job Description

Responsibility:

·         Researching market trends, competitor activity, and identifying potential new markets, products, or partnerships.

·         Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to maintain loyalty and attract new ones.

·         Developing and implementing growth strategies, including sales projections and revenue forecasts.

·         Presenting to potential clients and investors, negotiating, and closing business deals.

·         Working with other departments like marketing and sales to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirement:

·         Min. 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in Art Toy related industry

·         Experience in exhibition organizing/ event marketing / public relation is preferred

·         Out-going

·         Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

·         PC and internet literate with good Microsoft Office skills

·         Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure

·         Positive working attitude
