The Business Development Manager will lead our initiatives to expand business opportunities through direct solution sales, establishing and managing reseller partnerships, and strengthen client relationships within the digital solutions space. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and the execution of business development initiatives to drive growth and innovation, particularly in AI transformation and IT services.

What you'll be performing:

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve growth targets. Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential clients across sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, and retail.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, overseeing negotiations and the closing of high-value deals.
  • Reseller Management: Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with reseller partners, acting as their trusted advisor. Collaborate on business plans and strategies, provide necessary training and support, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure adherence to partnership agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Proposal and Pitch Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs. Adapt communication and negotiation strategies to effectively engage various stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis and Innovation: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities. Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new digital solutions and methodologies.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on digital solutions in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and drive results.
