Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager for overseas (Europe) will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Marketing, Product Development, and Sales departments in Shenzhen, China, and Overseas Distributors (Europe) to achieve business growth.
The role will be on-site in Hong Kong. Occasional travel to Shenzhen and overseas will be required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the vaping industry is a plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
