About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for business development professionals in Hong Kong to support our expansion. The ideal candidate will be:

You will manage key accounts in international markets and contribute to our mission of growth in a fast-paced environment.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, Chinese, and English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel frequently globally, including China, America and other locations, to engage with clients and partners.

  • Quick learn and apply the latest RFID and smart card technologiesto stay ahead in the industry.

  • Conduct market research and analysis aligned with corporate strategy to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for extensive global travel to foster relationships and expand market presence.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Exhibit a strong logical, meticulous, and analytical mindset to solve complex challenges.

  • Be independent, self-motivated, and presentable when representing the company.

  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office for effective reporting and communication.

  • Project management experience is a plus to drive initiatives successfully.

  • 2+ years of business development work experience is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage key accounts to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to understand customers’ business verticals and identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Participate in international product seminars, trade shows, and conventions to engage and expand the network of market stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal and external partiesto ensure effective workflows and consistently exceed customer expectations

  • Develop partnership proposals, negotiate strategically, and close business contracts to expand the company’s footprint

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams on new product development to align offerings with market needs

  • Embrace opportunities for professional growth and development, contributing to your career advancement within the company
