Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for engaging and selling
1) Document Management & Workflow Solutions
2) Business Process Outsourcing Services
• Develop sales activities to achieve company goals and targets
• Generate and follow up sales leads
• Identify and develop Document Management Solutions opportunities from existing & potential customers
• Maintain consistently a harmonious & close working relationship with customers on future business growth
• Explore and understand customer’s requirement and fulfill their satisfaction through professional design and one stop shop solutions
• Prepare proposal & able to conduct solutions demonstrations and presentations
Qualifications & Job Requirements
• Higher Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
• At least 3 years working experience, less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
• • Experience in Document Management or IT solutions is preferably
• • Able to work independently and to provide professional value added services to address customer needs.
• • Able to demonstrate exceptional relationship management, negotiation and analytical skills coupled with the capacity to acquire technical knowledge and engage with people at all levels
• • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• • Good personality with strong selling and presentation skills
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok/Lai Chi Kok
