Business Development Executive

Overall Responsibilities

·         Proactively develop and maintain close relationship to suppliers, customers and partners to promote products local and overseas market.

·         Develop, coordinate and execute marketing programs together with the Business Units, Business Leaders and Engineering Teams.

·         Lead market research, data mining, data analytics and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends/opportunities for business expansion in APAC.

·         Identify and prioritize key growth areas, formulate marketing strategy and manage the implementation of marketing plan in different countries of territory.

·         Build and Consolidate business intelligence, help to build up business networking and generate insights for business impact.

 Requirements:

·         Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering and Business or any discipline.

·         1 to 2 years of work experience in marketing strategy, engineering business development or any related field. Fresh graduate also considered.

·         Welcome any nationality with international exposure. Strong command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin or any other language such as French, Spanish and Italian or other language is a plus.

·         Experience in the construction or solid B2B experience is a plus.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze large amount of data and contacts with strategic mindset.

·         Self-motivated and work independently to achieve objectives and milestones.

·         Excellent analytical skills, planning and time management are required.

·         Proficiency in MS office ( Word, Excel, Power point)

·         Data analytics tools, VBA, Photoshop or Website Design (WIX, Weebly) skills is a plus.

·         High Level of integrity and personal character.

·         Energetic, positive mindset and strong team work is a must.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Willing to travel in business trips.

·         Committed long term career development will be prioritized.
