Business Development Director

About the role

Corpag Services (Asia) Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join our team in Central Central and Western District. This full-time role will be responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening our presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, prospect and convert new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and business development efforts
• Contribute to the development of new products and services to meet evolving client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a new business development or sales leadership role, preferably within the Trust and Corporate services industry

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
