Objectives of the Position

Analyze, validate and revise requirements for all web & app related projects, enhancements and requests, with consideration on web & app user experience, business goal & overall conversion. Ensure delivered projects meet user acceptance and digital performance standards.

Assist projects for user behavior data tracking & analyzing.

What You'll Do:

Proactively communicate with project owners, project manager, and stakeholders to analyze their business needs & objectives, validate project ideas and finalize detail requirements.

Drive development projects and enhancements to improve web & app features and usability.

Conduct project UAT.

Support website & app conversion performance, user behavior analysis and data monitoring.

 What You Have:

• Degree holder with major in E-Commerce, Information System, Digital Media or related fields.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with online shopping platforms.
• 2-3 years of experience in web / app development.
• Knowledge of user behavior data tracking & analytics is a plus.
