Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales / Post-sales activities
• Implement business application projects according to customer’s requirements
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Provide documentation for project development
• Perform analysis on problems reported by users and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
• Work with high demand customers and product team for enhancement discussions/solution planning

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science and Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good project implementation and consulting experience
• Familiar with programming language
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Work well under pressure
• Independent and self-driven
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Putonghua & English
• Traveling may be required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
