Business Analyst

The Job

• Collect user requirements with technical team
• Work out function specifications with business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance to make sure deliverables met customer requirements
• Build relationship with customers, technical team & project managers, working with them to optimize and enhance integration
• Assist on design, document and maintain system processes, which leveraging experience and knowledge
• Report on common sources of technical issues and make recommendations to product team
• Lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Involve in User Acceptance Test
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Create project timelines, manage implementation milestones and ensure quality deliverables
• Manage overall project organization and related parties to ensure requirements and project deliverable expectation are clearly communicated and delivered

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines with equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst/pre-sales within an IT/Software solutions business
• Experience in Project Management will be advantage
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mind
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Business Analyst

Securities Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time
• Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records
• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution
