Business Analyst

• Degree in IT, Computer Science/related discipline
• At least 2 years' working experience
• 5 days work week, medical & dental insurance

We are looking for Business Analyst with knowledge on Point-of-Sales (POS) system and Restaurant Table Management System. As Product Solution Executive, you will communicate with our customers to provide our solution to them. You will work closely with Regional Product Manager to collect the user requirement; communicate with Product and Development Team to provide the solution to our customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s products features and workflow
• Communicate with customers to understand and collect requirements
• Work closely with product team and sales team to define the solution
• Monitor the program delivery status
• Communicate with project and implementation team and ensure to deliver the solution as customers expectation

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or related discipline
• At least 2 years' working experience
• Good communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Self-learning and independent thinking
• Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) system; Restaurant Table Management System; or working experience in Hospitality industry would be an advantage
