Business Analyst

AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, and interested in joining our Product Team.

Reporting to Product Manager, this position is responsible for global projects and tracking progress to ensure delivery on time. This role acts as a bridge to increase the internal cross-departmental / cross-regional collaborations, transparency and communications to ensure the progress of the projects are meeting the expectations and timeline. 

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with global users and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of product/ enhancements
• Understand and collect business requirements effectively
• Develop functional specification and requirement document
• Monitor project development progress and work closely with development team to make sure that it’s within keep-on-track
• Constantly evaluate the market (i.e. keep up with industry trends, and ensure compliance with new regulations) and adjust product roadmap priorities accordingly
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines

 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Business/Product Analyst, preferably with FinTech Industry
• Experience in Trading system is an advantage
• Understanding full front to back office workflow, including account opening, KYC, risk management, treasury etc.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Good communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
