Job description:
Sales and Operations Management
- Lead the team to achieve boutique sales target
- Responsible for inventory management and supervise stock transfer and ensure stock and back up storage is managed in an organized manner
- Oversee all store operations e.g. billing, reporting, cash management, brand merchandising, security etc.
- Ensure best customer services & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaint if necessary.
- Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty, build and maintain key customers.
- Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team.
- Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals via KPI setting
- Manage staff roster planning, grooming standard and ensure customer service is up to brand requirement.
- Participate in staff recruitment process and support individual development.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years solid experience in retail operations and currently in managerial position, luxury retail experience and experience in high jewellery business is preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
- GIA certificates will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English + Chinese
- Sales-driven and team oriented, strong analytical skill
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Chinese word processing is a must
