Job description:

Sales and Operations Management

  • Lead the team to achieve boutique sales target
  • Responsible for inventory management and supervise stock transfer and ensure stock and back up storage is managed in an organized manner
  • Oversee all store operations e.g. billing, reporting, cash management, brand merchandising, security etc.
  • Ensure best customer services & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaint if necessary.
  • Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty, build and maintain key customers.
  • Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team.
Staff Management
  • Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals via KPI setting
  • Manage staff roster planning, grooming standard and ensure customer service is up to brand requirement.
  • Participate in staff recruitment process and support individual development.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years solid experience in retail operations and currently in managerial position, luxury retail experience and experience in high jewellery business is preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
  • GIA certificates will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English + Chinese
  • Sales-driven and team oriented, strong analytical skill
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, Chinese word processing is a must
