Assistant Supplies Officer

Salary: HK$40,868 - HK$52,151

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, price analysis, order processing, and vendor negotiations
• Support tender evaluations, contract management and quotation comparison
• Ensure procurement activities follow hospital policies and documentation standards

• Monitor stock levels to preventover/understocking and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring alignment with procurement protocols
• Liaise with internal stakeholders/users and suppliers of services/goods to guarantee timely, compliant deliveries
• Support one-off project-related procurement activities and/or master supplies agreement and to coordinate with internal departments
• Prepare regular reports and data analysis for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector
• Proven vendor negotiation and procurement reporting abilities
• Hands-on experience in inventory oversight, stock level monitoring, and issue resolution

• Familiarity with medical consumables/equipment compliance (FDA, CE, EN, ISO, NMPA)

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP system
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently
