主要職責：

• 執行公司制定的銷售策略以實現品牌每月銷售目標。
• 提高客戶對品牌的滿意度；確保店鋪員工提供高素質的售前和售後服務予客人主動、及時了解客戶的需求和反饋信息，保持與客人之間的互動, 從而建立品牌與客戶間的忠誠關係。
• 為客戶提供有關時尚趨勢、產品知識與品牌歷史的專業資訊
• 融入團隊, 達致和超越個人銷售指標。
• 協助店舖陳列, 貨品整理及收銀等需要。

資格要求：

• 5 年以上銷售經驗，具有時尚或護膚行業經驗者優先。
• 性格開朗、積極、細心、對提供顧客服務有熱誠。
• 流利粵語、英語及普通話
• 有能力超額完成銷售目標
• 中五或以上學歷

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results? Eczewear, a wellness clothing brand ( targeting eczema ppl) is looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join our innovative team!

What We offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary $20-22k plus attractive commissions, reaching $25,000-$31,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute company-defined sales strategies to achieve the brand's monthly sales targets.
• Enhance customer satisfaction with the brand; ensure store staff provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales service, proactively and promptly understand customer needs and feedback, maintain interaction with customers, and thus build a loyal relationship between the brand and its customers.
• Provide customers with professional information on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history.
• Integrate into the team and achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Assist with store display, merchandise organization, and checkout.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience, with experience in the fashion or skincare industry preferred.
• Outgoing, proactive, meticulous, and passionate about providing customer service.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Able to exceed sales targets.
• Form 5 or above.
