Ventura Systems Asia Pacific Limited based in Hong Kong and part of Ventura Systems C.V. in the Netherlands.

The Function

After training you will be able to work independently. As an assistant to the service team, the person should provide all back-office support whenever our service engineers in need.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Assistant / Service Team, amongst others, are:

  • Handle basic customer enquiry in email, filter & diversion;
  • Support service engineer with research on technical information;
  • Quality and quantity check on incoming and outgoing spare parts;
  • Identify issues on packaging, in and out of stock;
  • Proactive report on stock level;
  • Participate in audit preparation on stock;
  • Arrange delivery of orders within the region

The Profile

You have a solid technical background, analytical skills and are inventive. You are aware or where improvements are needed and act in a proactive and entrepreneurial way to solve these.

Job Requirements

For this position you need the following qualifications:

  • Technical educated in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive – a plus;
  • Knowledge of and interest in pneumatic and electrical systems;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand drawings and schematics;
  • Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
