What You'll Do

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead a team to provide quality services to residents in clubhouse

Ensure the customer services provided is up to service standard of the company

Plan and organize various recreational activities and events

Handle customer enquiries and cultivate harmonious relationship with residents

Who You’ll Work With

You will work with Club Supervisor/Club Assistant for providing excellent customer service to all guests and help manager to supervise all subordinates for working smooth and efficiently

Experienced you'll need

Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality/Hotel/ Recreation & Sports Management or related disciplines

Min. 3 years relevant experience in residential clubhouse field; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Club House

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Proficiency in MS Office

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
