Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates & partners across all existing and new markets to stimulate awareness, increase viewership, and grow subscriptions for all company services.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with affiliates & partners to maximize engagement and promotion of company services on their platforms.
• Drive Marketing initiatives & campaigns with partners, and manage the Launch and Sustenance campaigns of the company’s App.
• Work with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of accurate monthly programming and marketing materials for affiliates.
• Provide support to the sales team on company services distribution, as well as other sales efforts.
• Assist in communications and coordination with PR agencies and trade media outlets.
• Responsible for general sales administration duties, including budget tracking, premiums management and travel-related/expense arrangements.

Job Requirements:
 

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of regional sales & marketing and/or sales support experience, preferably in Film, TV, digital entertainment, or advertising industry in Asia, specifically Southeast Asia and Greater China, is highly preferred.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities, strong analytical skills, and financial acumen.
• Effective communication and influencing skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), other language skill is a plus.
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, committed, strong attention to detail and organized.
• Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for the manager position.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
