Assistant Manager/Manager, E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish/maintain Hongkong brand site business, including website development, SOP and e-commerce plans.
• Formulate and implement e-commerce promotion strategies and plans to drive e-commerce traffic and business in Hongkong.
• Contribute to yearly revenue plan: monthly budget, promotions
• Execute the plan & reach revenues targets
• Set up KPI (traffic, conversion) and manage reporting
• Website merchandise management: routine management of SKU online/offline, coordination with campaign support.
• Responsible for website daily operation. Handle content update, promotion, customer enquiries and complaint. Ensure that website runs smoothly.
• Translate, edit and organize online information necessary for brand/product/store into local language, including: product descriptions, banner ideas, marketing material design, and etc.
• Responsible for tracking/analyzing platform sales and marketing performance on a weekly or monthly basis. Analyze data on end consumers and make recommendations based on the analysis.
• Interface with finance/ logistic / marketing / assortment to better understand internal processes to give external customers efficient service.
• Manage the routine daily operations management (ordering & replenishment, analytical supports report design and maintenance, month-end closing, business planning )
• Constantly visit and revise KPIs per business changes + manage business vendors to achieve SLA with proposed action plans.
• Define end-to-end eStore operation model and detailed working process, including merchandizing, logistics fulfillment, consumer care, etc.
• Customer service monitoring, targeted to resolve customers’ complaints via inbound or outbound calls and service level management, need to handle issue escalation and crisis management on ecommerce platform
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
