Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to perform full spectrum of Learning and Development functions
- Responsible for developing, organising, and delivering training programs to all levels of staff
- Partner with Retail Operations teams to identify training needs of various level of staff to achieve company business objectives and people agenda
- Liaise with external consultants to identify courses / content and ensure effective execution
- Review the effectiveness of training programs and consolidate training reports for management review
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
- At least 6 years’ solid training experience in both planning and training delivery
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
- Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
