職位描述

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to perform full spectrum of Learning and Development functions
  • Responsible for developing, organising, and delivering training programs to all levels of staff
  • Partner with Retail Operations teams to identify training needs of various level of staff to achieve company business objectives and people agenda
  • Liaise with external consultants to identify courses / content and ensure effective execution
  • Review the effectiveness of training programs and consolidate training reports for management review
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ solid training experience in both planning and training delivery
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
  • Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
