About this position

This position plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting in the implementation and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. This position will collaborate with the HR Director and other stakeholders to ensure effective HR operations and support the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of personnel records.
  2. Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the resolution of workplace conflicts.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  4. Recruitment and Selection: Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  5. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and tracking employee development plans.
  6. HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  7. HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile HR data, generate reports, and analyze trends to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and social events.
  9. HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as HR system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience in a sizable organization, experience in engineering/ manufacturing industry will be an advantage
  • Solid experience to drive for change
  • Familiar with local and PRC labor ordinance
  • Well organized, strong sense in data analytics and presentation
  • Good team player, self-motivated, strong ownership with high learning agility
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate available is preferred
